Delete your account and data

You can delete your Tarot Aura account together with everything we store about you. There are two ways to do it, and both erase exactly the same data:

In the app — Settings → Delete account.
Here on this page — sign in with the same Google account and confirm. Use this if you have already uninstalled the app.

Deletion is permanent

Your readings cannot be restored afterwards, and we cannot recover them for you. If you want to keep any reading, save it before you continue.

Deleting the account does not cancel your subscription

Subscriptions are sold and managed by Google Play, not by us. Cancel it first at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, otherwise Google keeps charging you after the account is gone.

Delete your account now

Sign in with the Google account you used in Tarot Aura. Signing in proves the account is yours — we delete only the account you signed in with, and nothing else.

Delete some data without deleting your account

You can delete your data selectively, keeping the account:

Individual readings or your whole history — in the app: open History, delete any reading, or clear the history entirely. Deleted readings cannot be restored.
Analytics and diagnostics data — write to support@tarotaura.app and we will delete the analytics data associated with your account. You can also stop any further collection at any time in Settings → Privacy and data.
Server logs are deleted automatically within 90 days; archived copies within 12 months (see the Privacy Policy, section 9).

If you never signed in

Tarot Aura can be used without signing in. In that case your readings are tied to an anonymous account that exists only on your device, and there is no e-mail or Google account to identify it with here. Delete such an account from inside the app (Settings → Delete account) before uninstalling. If the app is already gone, write to support@tarotaura.app — the anonymous account stops being used and its service logs are erased automatically within 90 days.
